Debbie is a Therapeutic Intern, working primarily with teens and adults, focusing in areas of anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and ADHD. Debbie has been know by others to be her authentic, and compassionate self when helping others. She provides a trusting and open space to share struggles and issues. Using various blends of therapeutic approaches and interventions, Debbie’s primary approach is to show up where her client is in their journey.

Ann is a Licensed Counselling Therapist, Coach and Owner. Working primarily with adults and couples, focusing in areas of anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, burnout and ADHD. Clients have said that Ann’s down-to-earth, empathic and compassionate approach provides a trusting and open space to share their struggles and issues.
